approval by the client. Before any concrete leaves the plant, all trucks are
visually inspected by lab. Cubes are taken in accordance with our quality control
procedures and cured in our curing tanks before compressive strength test is
carried out at 7 and 28 days. All test results are logged by computer for statistical
analysis and records are kept in the laboratory for review. All concrete and
aggregate testing are conducted in strict accordance with B.S.1881 & 812 respectively.
In addition to the plant testing, samples are also taken at site for workability,
temperature and strength testing in accordance with the client's requirements.
Cubes cast at site are then sent to an independent laboratory for 7 and 28 days
testing. |
